Today my husband is going to the doctors because he thinks he has skin cancer. Yes, skin cancer, at age 24.
It runs in his family so there is a very real possibility that he could have it. So today I'll be worrying and praying everything turns out okay.
UPDATE:
Everything turned out okay, no cancer.
It is not a big deal. He will go in and get checked out. If he is lucky they will cut a bunch of little small moles off of him and then send him on his way. I get this done regularly and it really isn't much of a big deal. Skin Cancer runs in my family and my grandfather goes every 6 months. Sometimes he has the big C and sometimes not. As long as they are caught early enough and regularly enough it is not a big deal.
ReplyDeleteDid I mention that it is not a big deal?
