He is becoming responsive and is able to communicate by squeezing your hand or nodding his head. The doctors are planning on taking him of his ventilator soon!
Quick update - They have taken Butch off the ventilator - he is on a bipap machine (mask that forces air in) because he works to hard to breath completely on his own. He is talking & knows who the family is. Thanks everyone for your continued prayers. I will keep you all updated.
